Meet Adrian Michael Ehrich, born at 3:30 pm on Canada's first ever Family Day - how cool is that? I don't think anyone could have prepared me for the wonderful experience that bringing a new life into this world has been. And from what I can tell, Julie feels exactly the same. It's an amazing process, and even though I understand most of the science behind the magic, it's still quite incredible that it actually works! What's equally amazing is the amount of strength and dedication Julie had through the entire process - never once wavering from her determination to do only what's best for baby!It's only day 6 and and already our lives have been turned entirely upside down. Everything we do now revolves around eating, feeding, sleeping and changing diapers... and the occasional shower when we can fit one in. But not surprisingly, we're quite happy doing just that and wouldn't change a thing. I'll try to post an occasional update, but I wouldn't hold my breath ;)
